This policy describes what personal data we collect from individuals who enquire about or enrol in our household programmes, how we use and protect that data, and the rights you hold under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).

Personal Data Collected
We collect the following personal data through our website enquiry form and programme registration:

- Phone number (optional at enquiry stage)
- General household description (provided voluntarily in the message field)
During programme delivery, facilitators may record brief session notes for the written summary provided to the household. These notes are not retained by domestid after the summary has been approved and delivered.
Legal Basis: Data collected through the enquiry form is processed on the basis of your consent (PDPA 2010, Section 6). Data processed during programme delivery is based on the contract formed at enrolment.
Retention: Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of enquiry, or for the duration of your programme enrolment plus 12 months, whichever is longer. After this period, data is deleted.
Purposes of Processing
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to programme enquiries and scheduling introductory calls
- Managing programme enrolment and scheduling facilitated sessions
- Preparing and delivering session summaries to enrolled households
- Sending programme-related correspondence (session reminders, confirmations)
- Improving our programmes based on feedback provided voluntarily
Marketing: We do not send marketing communications without explicit opt-in. If you choose to receive updates from domestid, you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].
Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in website hosting and email delivery, under data processing agreements that restrict use to these purposes only.
Security Measures
domestid takes reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These steps include:

- Access controls limiting data access to staff with a legitimate need
- Regular review of data held and deletion of data no longer required
- No retention of session notes after written summaries are delivered to households
