Three Programmes for Every Season of Household Life
Each programme is educational and organisational in scope. None provides professional counsel, and none represents your household in any external matter. What each does offer is a structured, seasonal approach to household conversations and records.

How Every domestid Programme Works
Every programme follows the same foundational structure: a beginning, a seasonal rhythm, and a close. Sessions are facilitated — not lectured. The facilitator arrives with a prepared agenda built around frameworks and prompt questions; the household brings its own knowledge of its own situation. The session moves through the agenda at the household's pace.
All materials produced in a session belong to the household. domestid retains no copies. After each session, the facilitator prepares a brief written summary that the household reviews and approves before it is finalised.
Programmes are offered at domestid's office in Menara HLA, Jalan Kia Peng. Session timing is arranged in advance and confirmed at least two weeks before each scheduled date.

Programme One
Seasonal Household Conversation Workshop
RM 490 — all materials included
A three-hour workshop for families that want to begin or refresh a shared household conversation rhythm aligned with the seasons of the year. Uses common family-communication frameworks and includes a printed seasonal-conversation prompt sheet. The workshop is educational; it does not interpret any individual situation, does not provide professional counsel, and does not represent any household externally.
- Printed seasonal-conversation prompt sheet provided
- Common family-communication frameworks used throughout
- Suitable for families at any stage — no prior preparation required
- Written session summary provided after the workshop
What Happens in the Session
Opening (30 min): Facilitator introduces the seasonal-conversation framework and the household reviews the current year's rhythm together.
Core Conversations (90 min): The household works through the prompt sheet — household roles, shared priorities, upcoming seasons — guided by the facilitator.
Close and Forward Plan (60 min): The household identifies two or three seasonal moments to return to the prompt sheet independently. The facilitator prepares the written summary.
Programme Two
Quarterly Family Records Programme
RM 1,950 — four sessions, all materials included
A four-session programme spread across a year, with one session each quarter, during which the household sets up and refreshes a shared records folder season by season. Sessions are organisational. Households leave with a labelled records folder, a written family timeline, and a short rhythm for keeping the folder current on a seasonal basis.
- Labelled household records folder provided at the first session
- Written family timeline built and updated across all four sessions
- Seasonal maintenance checklist provided for between-session use
- Written session summary after every session
How the Year Unfolds
Setup Session: Household brings documents; facilitator guides the labelling and organisation of the folder and drafts the opening family timeline.
First Refresh: Household returns with the folder; new documents added, timeline updated, seasonal checklist reviewed.
Mid-Year Review: Same structure; household discusses any changes in household composition or priorities that affect the folder's organisation.
Year-End Close: Full folder review; household leaves with a rhythm it can carry into the following year independently.
Programme Three
Annual Family Almanac Programme
RM 4,580 — six sessions, full-year support
A year-long programme for families that want a facilitated, seasonal rhythm of household conversations. Includes an initial setup session, four quarterly facilitated conversations, and a closing annual almanac review session. The facilitator helps the household have its own conversations; the programme is not professional counsel and does not represent the family in any external matter.
- Six facilitated sessions across twelve months
- Initial household setup session with full records organisation
- Four quarterly conversation sessions using seasonal prompt materials
- Closing annual almanac review — a written summary of the year's conversations
The Six-Session Structure
Setup Session: Household and facilitator establish the records folder, the family timeline, and the conversation agenda for the year ahead.
Quarterly Sessions: Each quarter, the facilitator returns with a fresh seasonal prompt sheet built around the household's priorities for that period of the year.
Annual Almanac Review: The year's conversations are reviewed together and compiled into a written almanac document that the household keeps.
